All event bookings are confirmed only after full agreement on date, time, and service details. We provide DJ services as agreed in writing and will make every effort to deliver a smooth and professional experience.

2. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in your booking agreement. Full payment or deposit is required as specified. We reserve the right to cancel services if payment is not received according to agreed terms.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refunds or partial refunds are provided according to the booking agreement. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to fees.

4. Liability

We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including venue issues, technical failures, or third-party actions. Guests are expected to follow venue rules.

5. Changes & Modifications

Any changes to event plans must be agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to adjust services to accommodate unforeseen situations.

6. Intellectual Property

All music, images, and content provided by our DJs or on this website are copyrighted. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
